Fifteen Years of PERFECT weather for a witness of faith/Balloon launch to the world.
Sharon, our organist wanted us inside to sing 3 verses of ONWARD CHRISTIAN SOLDIERS before our recession outdoors.
We did as she desired.
It is different and helps us set this day apart from the other Sundays. Summer tends to give people recreational time and less worship as a choice. Now school is in session and fall responsibilities resume.

After the balloon launch, then comes the food. We had over 75 members remain with us for lunch. We went through 130 pieces of KFC plus all the other foods brought in my our members. We have begun! If you did not attend, you were missed, plug in to all our adult studies, fellowship events, servant activities, and the full congregational life, (more than worship) we offer at Our Saviour. By the way, our newest member was also here, Alex Derek Kilbourn. Mom, Elizabeth, brought him out for worship and the launch/lunch.
Well, Alex, you are initiated into the larger family, WELCOME!
